The province said it is investing $7 million in the program, including an additional $1 million for programs that support senior veterans. Eligible organizations can apply for grants of $1,000 to $25,000, according to the program guidelines.
Applications are submitted through Transfer Payment Ontario and close on Dec. 17, 2026, at 5 p.m. Eastern time.
The province is holding information webinars for applicants on Nov. 10 and Dec. 2, with English sessions from 11 a.m. to noon and French sessions from 2 to 3 p.m.
