Use this form to send us an obituary. There's no charge, now or later.
Before anything is published, we verify the death and the details with the family or the funeral home, so please include a phone number and email where we can reach you. Your contact details are for verification only and will not be published.
We may edit obituaries for length, clarity and Banner style, and we'll check any significant change with you. Most obituaries run between 150 and 400 words.
Photos: our form can't take attachments. To include a photo, email it to news@chatsworthbanner.ca with the deceased's full name in the subject line. Please send only photos you have the right to share.
