Anyone planning to visit Grey County's offices in person on Tuesday, Oct. 20, should go in the morning.
The Grey County Administration Building in Owen Sound will close at noon that day, and Ontario Works satellite offices will close at 11 a.m., for an all-staff event, the county announced Oct. 15. In-person services won't be available during the closure, and the county is asking residents and clients to visit at another time.
Program and service information remains available around the clock at grey.ca, the county says. Anyone who needs emergency housing support can call 211, and all 24-hour services will keep running.
All locations reopen for regular hours on Wednesday, Oct. 21.
